IP Valuation Analyst
Hours: 9.30am – 5.30pm

We are currently recruiting an IP Valuation Analyst to join our expanding IP Valuation team. You will be provided with training and support to develop your knowledge and expertise in the world of investment and IP, in a supportive and collaborative environment, working closely with the Director of Valuation. If you have experience with technical and financial projects, enjoy carrying out company analysis and financial modelling and are looking for a role in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, we are keen to hear from you.
•Carrying out company analysis and deliver financial modelling and IP valuation for a variety of
•Building financial and valuation models from scratch. Undertake and manage the necessary
•project due diligence, risk analysis and financial modelling
•Reviewing and updating financial and valuation models for existing projects
•Performing market, customer and industry research and analysis
•Sourcing new business through research and maintaining accurate contact records
•Working with the Investment Strategy and IP Valuation team to prepare and coordinate the execution of NDAs and letters of engagement and also to deliver project reports for clients
•Presenting at meetings with current and potential clients
•Highly analytical, organised, and logical professional with high level of attention to detail
•Fast learner, with very strong quantitative and analytical abilities
•Knowledge and experience in financial and technical projects
•Strong academic background in the sciences, economics or finance
•Flexibility to deal with changing priorities/deadlines
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•Experience with financial modelling and valuations
•Fluency in another language would be an advantage
